Bridge as one of the most important vehicles,facing the test of massive traffic flow everyday,so keep it healthy is a significant work. In this test,CCCC Highway Consultants Co.,Ltd.cooperate with Southwest Jiaotong University and Five Star CO.,Ltd. ,using novel SAR technology,monitoring Xiamen Haicang bridge at 12a.m. to 5 a.m.  in 07 and 08 Dec 2015,respectively.

Haicang bridge is one of the most important oversea bridges .This test is mainly on the bridgeload,every five years.When test the bridge must be non-loaded,otherwise will lead to slight deformation of main cable and tower,thereby affect the data resolution.Then,driving car to the location which need detection,compare the value with non-loaded,checking it deformation or not,and how much the deformation variables,whether satisfy the demands of“Healthy Bridge” or not.

In  previous test,using conventional method to detect.In this test,we adopted SAR for data acquisition first time.Compare with the conventional method,its unique feature of all-weather is outstanding.In this data acquisition,using conventional method and SAR technology at the same time.The weather is foggy at night when detected,so the prism is hard to reflect signal in conventional data acquisition,moreover the  data resolution is unsatisfactory.The SAR what we adopted belong to microwave radar interferometry ,so it unaffected by the weather,thus could acquire  all data from omnibearing.After test,report the monitoring results to superior departments.At the same time,this report is the most important foundations to the preserve of Haicang Bridge .
